Keynote Speaker: Dr. Loren Scott is a prominent Louisiana-based economist and President of Loren C. Scott & Associates, LLC. He is also Professor Emeritus at Louisiana State University (LSU), where he previously served as Chair of the Department of Economics. Dr. Scott is widely recognized for his expertise in analyzing the Louisiana economy, with a particular focus on energy markets, economic forecasting, and regional economic development.
